Common questions
The calories for my meal look wrong.
Nutrition numbers are estimates for typical portions. If your portion was different, remove the meal on Today with the × and log it again, or type the meal in with your own calorie number. For packaged food, the label is the most accurate.
The photo button doesn't open my camera.
Nouri needs permission to use the camera. Open your phone's Settings, find Nouri and turn on Camera (and Photos if you want to pick from your library). You can always log a meal by typing instead.
Where is my data saved?
On your phone only. The current version has no account, so we cannot see your meals, body details or photos. See our Privacy policy.
I changed phones and my diary is gone.
Your diary is saved on the phone you used. If your old phone was backed up to Google or iCloud, restoring that backup to the new phone can bring it back. Online sync will come with accounts.
How do I cancel Premium?
Premium is not on sale yet. When it is, you will cancel in your Google Play or App Store account, and nothing is deleted when a plan ends.
How do I delete my data?
Tap Me → Delete all my data and confirm. Full details are on the Delete your data page.
