How accurate is the photo scan?
The AI identifies each food and estimates portions from the photo. Estimates are close for most everyday meals; tap Adjust to fix any item, and the AI learns from your corrections.
Can I log without a photo, or talk to the AI?
Yes. Speak your meal, type it, or repeat a usual in one tap. You can also have a live voice conversation with your AI coach in your language.
Does Nouri work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Nouri is available for iPhone and Android phones, and your data syncs between devices when you sign in.
Can I post my meals to social media?
Yes. Share a meal card to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WeChat and more, as a post or story. Location is hidden by default.
Does it work with Apple Health, Health Connect and my watch?
Yes. Steps, workouts and weight sync automatically, and activity burn adjusts your daily food budget.
Can I change colors and reminders?
Pick from six themes, and turn each reminder (meals, water, workouts, fasting, bedtime) on or off, with quiet hours at night.
Which goals do the 28-day plans support?
Weight loss, muscle gain, healthier eating, steady blood sugar, PCOS support and pregnancy nutrition. The Healthy planner puts meals, workouts, fasting and sleep into one daily timeline.
Is Nouri a replacement for my doctor or dietitian?
No. Nouri gives general nutrition guidance. If you have diabetes, PCOS, are pregnant or have another condition, check your plan with a healthcare professional.
How do the Family plan and elder care work?
Up to 6 people share one plan. Parents can use an easy mode with big buttons and voice. With their consent, you can see gentle alerts such as a skipped meal. Each person chooses what they share, and weight is always private.
How do trainer classes and nutritionist calls work?
Browse verified trainers and nutritionists, then book and pay per session. Booked classes appear in your planner automatically. Trainers can post their own classes and receive weekly payouts.

How much is Premium, and how do I cancel?
Premium is $9.99/month or $59.99/year (7-day free trial); Family is $89.99/year for up to 6. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play settings.
How does the friend referral discount work?
Friends you invite get their first month free. When 3 friends start Premium you get 30% off your next year, and 5 friends gets you 50% off.
Is my card information safe?
Subscriptions are paid through the App Store or Google Play. For bookings, cards are encrypted and stored by a PCI DSS–certified payment provider; Nouri never stores your full card number.
What happens to my photos and data?
Your meals, weight and photos are private by default and are never sold. You can export or delete your data at any time from Profile → Settings. [Add your storage location, retention period and whether photos are used to improve the AI.]
