Nouri terms

Nouri, an app by Goldmend Studio · Effective [launch date]

These terms add to the Goldmend Studio Terms of Use. Together they are the agreement between you and Goldmend Studio, a company registered in Singapore, UEN 53534524X, for the Nouri app and this website. If the two differ, these Nouri terms apply to Nouri.

Nouri is not medical advice

Nouri gives general nutrition and lifestyle information. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and it does not replace a doctor, dietitian or other healthcare professional. Nutrition numbers are estimates, so check labels when accuracy matters, especially for allergies.

Talk to a healthcare professional first if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, kidney disease, PCOS or another medical condition, take medication, or are under 18. If you have, or have had, an eating disorder, calorie counting and fasting features may not be right for you. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (995 in Singapore).

Who can use Nouri

Nouri is for adults (18+). Teenagers aged 13–17 may use it only with a parent's or guardian's permission and involvement. It is not for children under 13.

Premium and Family plans

When paid plans launch, they are sold through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until you cancel them in your store settings. Free trials become paid at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. The Family plan covers up to 6 people in your household. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Nutritionists and trainer classes

When bookings launch, nutritionists and trainers on Nouri will be independent professionals, not employees of Goldmend Studio, and responsible for their own advice and classes. Payment, cancellation and refund rules will be shown before you book. Anything you share with a nutritionist is shared only after you choose to share it.

Your content

Your meals, photos and notes belong to you. When you share to social media or with family and friends, you choose what to share. Please only post photos you have the right to share.

Fair use

Please do not post harmful, hateful or illegal content, or use Nouri to give medical advice to others as if it came from a professional.
